About Us
Cascading Chocolate Fountain, Inc. was founded by Naomi Salowe in 2003. In 2006, as we expanded our business to include other chocolate services, the business was renamed to Naomi’s Chocolate Catering (NCC). Naomi has over 15 years of catering experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since 1991 she has been an active member of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE). For the last six years Naomi has been a NACE board member and she currently holds the position of Treasurer.
At NCC we handle everything chocolate from a large fountain serving hundreds of guests at a wedding to a small fountain at children's birthday parties.
We use commercial grade stainless steel machines that are well maintained.
Being health conscious and of holistic nature, we serve only top quality chocolate from which you can choose semi-sweet chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate. There are flavorings available to go with it as well. We never microwave our chocolate and show up with it melted and ready to go.
Our staff must meet NCC's high standards. They are all well trained and have a set dress code. They're provided with maps, all necessary equipment, and all information pertaining to each event to insure a timely start and successful completion.
We can work directly with caterers, hotels, banquet facilities, event coordinators and event hosts or with individuals.
